Technology-based Product Development Processes and Organization
This
course covers the intersection of customer research with product
design. Specifically, the new area of how to map abstract attributes
that customers seek into a concrete product design that R&D
people can actually build. Other topics will include managing the
business-technology interface, managing product teams, managing
the multifunctional organization, and writing a product development
plan.
