Student 4-Digit PIN
(Personal Identification Number)

Before accessing the Telephone Voice Response System, you must know your 4-digit personal identification number (4-Digit PIN) to identify yourself to the system and provide security for your records. A 4-Digit PIN has been assigned to all students who have an active record at the University. If you do not know your 4-Digit PIN, go to the Registrar's Office for assistance. 4-Digit PINs will not be given out over the telephone, and a valid photo ID is necessary to receive a number.

4-Digit PINs for Current Full-time Undergraduate Day Students

Northeastern has issued you a starting PIN to allow you to access the system. Your assigned 4-digit PIN is based on your birthday, day first, then the month. (Example: if your birthday is November 4, your starting PIN is 0411.) The first time you use the system you will be required to change your 4-Digit PIN to a number you will remember.

The first time you use the system, you will be required to change your 4-Digit PIN to a number you will remember.
