Lost or Stolen Cards

If your Husky Card is lost or stolen:

  • During normal business hours, notify the Student Accounts Office at 617.373.2270 so your missing card can be deactivated.
  • During nonbusiness hours, contact the university police at 617.373.2121 so your missing card can be deactivated.
  • Replace your lost or stolen card for a fee of $15. Please make payment at the Cashier's Office in 248 Richards Hall, and bring your receipt to the Student Accounts Office in 120 Hayden Hall to obtain your new Husky Card.
