How do I initiate a new course?

  1. Using a Web browser, go to www.registrar.neu.edu/crsnumfrms.html.
    (Note: Please do NOT attempt to access this Web page from within Lotus Notes. The page does not work correctly within Lotus Notes.)

  2. Click on the appropriate form, open it, fill it out, and save the completed form to your hard drive.

  3. To submit the form, follow the directions printed at the top of the form.

How do I change the title, description, prerequisites, corequisites, cross-listing, or similar data for an existing course?

  1. Using a Web browser, go to www.registrar.neu.edu/crsnumfrms.html.

  2. Click on the appropriate form, open it, fill it out, and save the completed form to your hard drive.

  3. Important: For a course revision, please answer questions 1 and 2 on the form and, after that, fill in only the fields that are actually changing.

  4. To submit the form, follow the directions printed at the top of the form.
