How do I initiate a new course?
- Using a Web browser, go to www.registrar.neu.edu/crsnumfrms.html.
(Note: Please do NOT attempt to access this Web page from within Lotus
Notes. The page does not work correctly within Lotus Notes.)
- Click on the appropriate form, open it, fill it out, and save the
completed form to your hard drive.
- To submit the form, follow the directions printed at the top of the
form.

How do I change the title,
description, prerequisites, corequisites, cross-listing, or similar data
for an existing course?
- Using a Web browser, go to www.registrar.neu.edu/crsnumfrms.html.

- Click on the appropriate form, open it, fill it out, and save the
completed form to your hard drive.
- Important: For a course revision, please answer questions
1 and 2 on the form and, after that, fill in only the fields that are
actually changing.
- To submit the form, follow the directions printed at the top of the
form.
