Overview
Northeastern University's graduate education program integrates academic excellence with an innovative and creative research environment that prepares students to succeed in many academic and professional fields. Over 4,000 graduate students are enrolled in more than 90 master's and professional degree programs and 25 PhD/doctoral programs. Our students' educational experience is enhanced by their numerous opportunities to conduct research and collaborate on projects with faculty in our 27 interdisciplinary research centers in science, engineering, social sciences, law and business. Each of our eight colleges has its own graduate school, with the Office of the Provost overseeing all of these academic units.
