Mission
The role of HRM is to design, develop and continually refine a comprehensive
human resources management program for Northeastern University. The goal
of this program is to attract, reward and retain a high-quality faculty
and administrative and support staff to meet the educational mission of
the university.
Scope
of Services
Human Resources encompasses five areas: benefits, compensation, employment
and employee relations, human resources information systems, and training
and development.
