Tuition Remission

Full-time benefits eligible faculty/staff are eligible to receive up to nine credit hours per academic term beginning with the academic term following date of full-time employment

After three years of full-time employment, full-tuition remission is granted for dependent children. One course per academic term is granted to an employee's spouse or same-sex spousal equivalent and one-half of the tuition will be waived for additional courses taken at the same time.

403(b) Retirement Plans

Basic retirement plan: After two years of benefits-eligible employment, the university contributes 10 percent of eligible salary toward the retirement plan as long as you contribute 5 percent.

Supplemental retirement plan: Eligible immediately.

Child Care

On-site children's center that provides early childhood education and day care services for children from ages 2 years, 9 months to 5 years. Scholarships are available for faculty and staff who qualify.
