All events held on Saturday have time limitations: 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for day events and 6 p.m. to midnight for evening events. You may reserve the facility during the middle of the day, if available, for an extra charge of $1,000.

Sit-Down Dinner
• The Bruce Room can accommodate up to 70 people at five round tables of eight, and three tables of 10.

• The Tyler Room can accommodate up to 32 people at four round tables of eight for total of 102 people.

• The Bruce and Tyler rooms are joined by French double doors.

• The bar is set up in the Mock Room, and dancing will take place in the Carey Room on the first floor.

Buffets (limited to 70 guests or fewer)
• Buffet tables are set up in the Tyler Room.

• Tables and chairs are set up in the Bruce Room for a total capacity of 68 people.

• The Mock Room is set up for the bars only, and dancing will be in the Carey Room.

Stand-up Reception or Stations (limited seating)
• Chairs can be placed around the Bruce and Tyler rooms.

• Bars will be set up in the Mock Room with dancing in the Carey Room.

• Limit of 125 guests.

• Food selection limited to “finger-food” items.

Patio and Ceremonies
• The outdoor patio area is used during the late spring, summer and early fall months. Generally, the patio is used during the pre-dinner cocktail hour. Tents may be set up on the patio area at an additional cost. Tent arrangements are made through the executive offices.

• Ceremonies at the Henderson House are limited to 100 guests. You may have a ceremony on the patio area for up to 130 guests. Please keep in mind that use of the patio is weather permitting; therefore, unless the patio is tented, you will need an indoor location, which is limited to the 100-guest figure. For patio ceremonies, chairs will be rented and the cost is past on to the client. If you do have a ceremony on the patio, please allow at least 45 minutes for breakdown and setup before a social hour can begin in this area.

• If you are planning a ceremonial rehearsal prior to the wedding day, please call early to arrange a time. The cost for a rehearsal is $100 for one hour.

Bar/Bat Mitzvahs
• Bar/Bat mitzvahs are coordinated as two events in one time period. The event is set up on the first floor. Children use the Carey Room, which accommodates the dance floor. Adults are seated for dinner between the Bruce and Tyler rooms (see sit-down dinners).

• In the Carey Room, we will set up a station or buffet for the children with a menu to suit their tastes. The adults will be provided a separate menu of choice.

• To ensure adequate seating, proper service and meet mandatory safety and fire codes, we must limit the adult count to 102 guests (seating in the Bruce and Tyler rooms) and to 30 children (in the Carey Room).

Miscellaneous
• Parking is restricted to the designated parking areas. There is absolutely no parking in the rotary located in the front entrance of Henderson House.

• Bars are open (no cash bars).

• You may supply your own wedding cake and make arrangements to have it delivered to Henderson House.
