Room charges include the following audio-visual equipment (available on first-come, first-served basis):

• 2 flip charts with stands ($20 for each additional pad)

• Overhead projector and screen

• 35 mm projector and screen

• 16 mm projector and screen

• VCR with 25-inch color monitor

• Stand-up podium with microphone

• Table-top lecterns

• Whiteboards

• Extension cords and electrical bars


Additional equipment available for rental:

• Data Projector System (quantity limited), $250 per day

• CD Player, $75 per day

• Smart Board, $200 per day

Audio-visual equipment is limited and may be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If we are unable to accommodate your audio-visual needs, we will gladly rent the necessary equipment on your behalf for a nominal fee.


All classroom set-ups feature the following:

• Overhead projector and screen

• Henderson House stationery

• Pencils

• Henderson House candies


Please Note: All room rental figures include a separate private room for dining.

A 14 percent operation facility fee will be added to the invoice total. This fee is used as a supplement to the operations of the conference center and historical restoration upkeep.
