Established in 2003, the Office for University Corporate Partnerships fosters stronger and more productive partnerships between Northeastern and the corporate world.

The office creates and maintains relationships with executives and managers across a variety of businesses and industries to identify and maximize opportunities for increased collaboration.

Our objectives include:

•	Advancing Northeastern’s work-integrated learning model by promoting the placement of students as co-ops and graduates as permanent hires.
•	Highlighting opportunities for sponsored faculty research, consulting and technology transfer, tapping into Northeastern's pool of expert faculty and researchers.
•	Identifying opportunities for executive education and professional development.
•	Developing programs for key corporate partners that provide additional benefits designed for their specific needs.

Partnerships formed with companies from all industries may be multidimensional or focused on a particular area of interest, such as employment of co-op students; recruitment of new, permanent employees; technical, scientific or market research; professional development for current employees; or outreach to the communities that the company serves.
