Two Exciting New Programs Join the Center of Community Service this Fall!!
nuSERVES, a collaborative program with the College of Arts and Sciences, will launch Fall 2008! This project will offer fifty incoming first-year students an opportunity to explore their new community through service, learn about issues affecting urban environments, and building long-lasting friendships.
The Civic Engagement Program for NU Student Scholars is a year-long comprehensive program that integrates orientation, training, direct service, and personal reflection to help students further realize their potential and the importance of civic engagement within their community.
