Research

Student Research is just one of many experienced-based opportunities at Northeastern. At the Center for Experiential Education and Advising within the College of Arts and Sciences, you'll get easy access to respected scholars and researchers, and extra help when you need it. You can create your own research experience or work with co-op to get matched up with faculty members.

The Faculty Undergraduate Research Initiative (FURI) at Northeastern can connect you with faculty members who need student researchers. The Provost's Office also awards fellowships of up to $1,000 to fund faculty/student research projects.

Student Research Opportunities:

  • Center for Experiential Education
  • CenSISS Research Experience for Undergraduates
  • Institute on Urban Health Research Fellowships
  • Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (LSAMP)
  • Provost's Office Undergraduate Research Grants
  • Beckman Scholars Program
