Housing

As a freshman, your home will likely be one of 10 coed residence halls or living learning communities with other students who share similar academic or lifestyle interests. Upper class students have the chance to live in one of our newer apartment complexes, many of which offer spectacular Boston views.

Northeastern is a great place to call home.

Residence Halls
Housing is guaranteed for all freshman students through middler (third) year. Most new students will share a room with one or two other students in traditional, coed residence halls that house between 75 and 500 students. Two of the larger halls each offer a dining hall and common study areas.

Apartment Complexes
Apartment complexes at 780 Columbus, Loftman Hall, Davenport Commons, and West Village G and H are open to upper-class students.

Off-Campus Services
Students who do not live in University housing are considered to be off-campus students. Off-Campus Services offers information, resources, and materials regarding off-campus student living issues.
