| Purpose: | To define procedures for requesting services from the Transportation Department. |

| Documents Needed: | Depending on the nature of the request, a memo requesting service may be required. |
| General Information: | The Transportation Department delivers items to departments on both the main campus and satellite locations; provides departments with temporary storage space; receives and delivers all shipments made to the University; provides transportation for staff, faculty and student organizations to on and off campus locations. |

PROCEDURE:
1. Department contact calls x2343 to request transportation services.
2. At that time, Transportation staff informs the department contact if a memo is required for the service being requested.
